Gym sessions are open to everyone who has attended one of our workshops.  You have the skills but now you need to push yourself to achieve a higher level of performance.

The gym instructors stretch your ability to apply the skills you’ve learnt and give you valuable feedback to improve your performance still further.  It’s a safe place to workout and to receive coaching on specific skills: your approach, method or behaviour.

Our gym sessions complement the workshops and we run them at three- and six-monthly intervals.
