| Our values Openness We are open, frank and candid with our feedback. We also expect the same from our delegates. Our feedback is always constructive- we are here to coach you. We focus on your strengths and what will make you even better. Empathy We’re aware of how challenging some of the workshop activities are- we’ve been there ourselves in training and through learning the hard way during our careers. You will be stretched, but never pushed. Trust We strongly believe trust is paramount to a successful relationship with customers. Trust can only be earned through action- for us it is very much what you DO, not just what you SAY that matters. To put it simply- if we say we’ll do something, we always do it! Teamwork We work with you and support you throughout either the workshop or coaching assignment. And even after programmes are finished, we are very happy to talk to you about any issues you might have with putting your newly learnt techniques into practice. We like to hear from you - even if it is for no other reason than to see how you are getting on. All feedback is appreciated. Fun We like having fun.
